Part Time Administration Assistant – 15-22 hours per week

Due to expansion an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator to join our busy team, based at our office in Park Street, Weymouth.

The post holder will provide comprehensive administration and clerical support within a financial services setting.  Tasks will include covering the office reception where you will be dealing with new and existing customers via telephone and face to face.  The post holder will be expected to work the majority of their role at a computer and so strong IT skills and experience are a key requirement for this position.  Ideally, we would like to find someone who has experience of working in the financial services sector, although this isn’t essential.

There will be the opportunity for additional hours to cover annual leave etc when required.  Further financial incentives are also available.
